Meet the Founder of Mini Monets Debra Franses
Art direction for aspiring young and developing Artists
Mini Monets UK Fine Art School was Established in 2010 offering students ages of 4 to 16 an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills and grow in artistic confidence. DBS teachers deliver the unique program created by professional artist Debra Franses who lives in Amersham and oversees the teaching at the Art School.

Experience the magic of a Mini Monets Art Class!
Would you like to start your young child in their first proper art class with Mini Monets ? Ages 3 – 5 …Subject to a successful trial class we will offer a place to your child. Parents may wish to stay with their children and join in with them until they become settled and able to separate. Here they will learn to manipulate materials such as clay, mix paints and start to create beautiful artwork their Big Art Book. The children LOVE being in this gorgeous nurturing safe environment.

Junior Enthusiast
Experience the magic of a Mini Monets Art Class!
Our Award Winning Junior art class from the age of 6 – 11 students will explore more advanced art techniques, from detailed drawing to sculpting, while working on both individual and group projects. The nurturing environment promotes creativity, confidence, and independence. In this class, students are encouraged to work more independently, supported by expert teachers. In this class, we also aim to provide support, having additional support staff, with a focus on meeting the needs of all students, including those who are neuro-diverse.

Portfolio /Advanced age 9 - 16
Saturday 3.30 - 5.45 in Chalfont St Giles Reading Room
Portfolio is a weekly club specifically for a little more serious artists aged 10 plus . This class is suitable to support an art Scholarship application and an opportunity to prepare work for the portfolio. This is a space beyond school and different in ethos. Here we are all about enjoying the freedom creativity provides whilst exploring the potential of processes and materials that might not have been encountered before. We emphasize conceptual framework which helps the maturing mind to understand in a deeper way their creative impulses.

Come and make Awesome Art projects in our charming studio in our new, light, bright art studio in Sadlers Yard Chalfont St. Giles. Private parking is available for clients at the studio and our purpose-built studio creates the perfect venue for up to 8 participants.
