Introduction

The Terms and Conditions below apply to all Mini Monets UK Ltd 1:1  Art Lessons, Workshops weekend clubs, holiday clubs, workshops and courses.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or append to these Terms and Conditions and upon doing so shall provide you with notification that there has been a change. The current Terms and Conditions always appear on our website. On renewal of Sessions or purchase of any Mini Monets Uk Ltd product or service, the most recent Terms and Conditions shall apply.

By making a booking customer are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Bookings and Payment:

Bookings can be made online through the website www.MiniMonetsUK.com only. Please ensure all information provided on the bookings page is correct. You must register your child before bringing them into our classroom. This must include a current email address, emergency contact phone number for the parent/guardian and detailed information on any allergies, medical conditions and special educational needs of the person attending the art club, course or workshop.

Customers can pay by PayPal, Credit Card or by bank transfer. If paying by Bank transfer once the booking form is complete, customers will receive an email containing payment information.

Although Mini Monets Uk Ltd  tries to ensure all children have a place on the art clubs, if a particular club, course or workshop becomes fully booked customers will have the option to be placed on a waiting list.

Collections from art clubs and workshops:

It is the parent/ guardian’s responsibility to collect their child from the art club on time. If the parent/guardian wishes for their child to be collected by someone else then the parent/guardian of the child must inform Debra Franses or Deborah Thomas prior to the associated class or classes either by email Minimonetsuk@gmail.com or by phone 07900212499.

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel a booking customers can write to Minimonetsuk@gmail.com or use the contact form on the website. A full refund will be provided if the request is made before 14 days of the class. If a cancellation is made between 13 and 3 days before the start of the project time-frame then a 50% refund is given – as staff and materials would have been purchased in advance.

All cancellations within 48 hours would be subject to a 100% charge of the fee paid.

Cancellation Policy:

Exceptionally, a one off make up for a missed class may be organised on a best efforts basis depending on availability but only in the term the class is missed (no carry overs and not guaranteed).

Clothing:

Mini Monets UK ltd tutors will do their best to ensure that your child’s clothing is protected from the art materials used, however we accept no responsibility for any damage to your child’s clothing before, during or after any our sessions.

Concerns or complaints:

Any concerns or issues regarding any services provided by Mini Monets UK ltd should be directed to Debra Franses in writing to Minimonetsuk@gmail.com or by text to 07900212499.

Privacy policy:

We will only use photos of your children’s work and their faces if you agree. We will not pass your details onto any other third party or use them for anything other than the communication to you of classes and notifications from Mini Monets UK ltd.
